Enhancements Phase 3


1.    SHIPMENT TRACK & TRACE: 

Shipment tracking is now available in YParts!
Go to the order page, click on the Shipment/Invoices tab and you will see the tracking number of your shipment. 
By clicking on it, you will be redirected to the forwarder’s page and have access to live information about the location of your shipment.

Please note that tracking information is not available for parts which are directly shipped to you from another location than the Parts Center, like lubricants or rubber tracks.  

 

2.   ATTACHMENT MENU:

Attachment menu is now available in YParts.
You can access to it directly from the red header bar from the home page.
By navigating the attachment menu, you will see all details into the integrated online catalogue.
Please note only spare parts for attachments are available, not the attachment itself. 

 

3.    DOWNLOADABLE DOCUMENTS IN PARTS CATALOGUES:

The section for downloadable documents in the parts catalogue is now available in all languages.

This section is only available and visible for authorized users.

 

4.    PART SEARCH:

When searching by parts description/name in the search bar, the filtering option per machine model is now available. 
It makes it easier for you to encounter with only a few clicks the right part for your business. 

 

5.   ENGINE PART SEARCH:

A section for Engines has been added to the Machine menu to ease your engine parts search for historic data (it will however not be maintained with current and future data and engine search by model or serial number is not available through the home page search bar).

 

 

Enhancements Phase 1 & 2 (memo)


  • Customer view on/off button: you can display only RRP prices when needed!
  • 30-day Return requests can be done online
  • Detailed online order information is available
  • Chosen Order Type to be present on order summary page before placing the order
  • Sub-dealer flow optimization
