FAVORITE LISTS

 

You can easily create favourite Lists in YParts and share easy quotes with your customers or prepare a basket upfront and save time.

 

How can I do that?

When you look at a product category page (multiple products on the same page), or at a product detail page, you will see a button ADD TO FAVOURITE LIST under the ADD TO BASKET button.

 

If you click the button, a drop-down menu will show. 

We offer 3 types of lists: 

PRODUCT LIST

CUSTOMER QUOTE

SAVED BASKET

You will be asked to name your list in order to save it.    

You can also add a short description for your records or to provide additional context for your customer

You can add items to an existing list or set up a new one. 

Be patient when adding an item to an existing list. A green bar will show at the bottom of the page when the item has been successfully added but it can take a few seconds.

 

 To access your saved lists, simply go to your Dashboard and select FAVOURITE LIST.

 

This will display all your saved lists – incl. type and date of last edit.

At this stage, you can also RENAME your list if you need to and of course change quantities, delete items, delete list, etc.

 

You can export your list as an Excel file (standard or CSV) to share it with a customer, or you can also convert it to a PDF with Yanmar Genuine Parts logo.

The customer will see the comments that you have inserted previously.

Good to know:

You will see a pre-saved favourite list called “Your stock recommendation”.

This list is updated every Monday with recommended items based on the part numbers that you have ordered at least 3 times over the past 9 months.
